It is known that such tests will continue for the next few days.
Director, Department of the Ministry of Communications infrastructure projects Dmitry Alkhazov confirmed to "Vedomosti" that the experiment was a success indeed. But, he said, need to test not only the basic services (calls and SMS), but also extra - it's too soon to be done. As for MegaFon and Tele2, their representatives confirmed to participate in the testing, but the details abstained.
As we have already mentioned, by law, the Russian operators should prepare for the abolition of "mobile slavery" - the provision of services MNP (mobile number transfer) - December 1 of this year. But, apparently, not all of them manage to do this, moreover, is not yet clear who is creating a database ported numbers - but it depends on the government, say representatives of the operators. At the moment, the provision of MNP to some extent a megaphone ready (ready software - 33%, the network core - 78%) and Tele2, which the figures were 10 and 20%, respectively, according to "Vedomosti".
