Canadian Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 to get Android 4.3 in November Sep 27th 2013, 20:04, by Maximus Back at the IFA unveil of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear, Samsung announced that the Galaxy S3, S4, and Note II would be receiving an update to Android 4.3 in October. However, if you're in Canada and own any of these devices, you might have to wait till November before you're rocking the latest version of Android, according to Samsung Canada, who have been working with Google and carriers to "ensure a smooth rollout." For international users, the rollout will most likely finish in October itself, and it's good to see that there won't be too much of a delay for those in Canada, and hopefully the U.S. as well. Also, if Samsung really hopes to sell more of the Galaxy Gear, pushing out the Android 4.3 on time is doubly important, as it will officially add support for the three devices to pair up with the smartwatch (though it works with the S4 for the most part already). http://www.sammobile.com
