Android and updates - a vexed issue, on the one hand I can understand the users, who finally want an update, but on the other hand, I rarely understand why it burns so badly it - for most of the added value remains within limits. Nevertheless, updates are important and at Samsung we seem to have come straight to the Android 4.2.2 funnel. After the Galaxy S II Plus has got Android 4.2.2 yesterday, can look forward 2 7.0 3G in France, the owner of a Galaxy Tab now.
The device is now available for over a year and at least in France, a fairly recent version of Android is now running with the firmware P3100XXDMG6 it. In Germany you have to wait, of course - see the update as a test run, but it should soon go here. The question still is the issue: When is an update for the flagship 2012? The Galaxy S III and the Note II are still traveling on Android 4.1.2 and also when holding the value of an update within limits, Samsung should focus on their own flagships more or at least any update plans directly to Android 4.3 to the Users communicate.
