Attendance at the on-site meeting will be strictly limited to stockholders entitled to vote as of April 15, 2013, the record date for the meeting, and who have previously verified their ownership of common stock as of the record date (in the case of stockholders of record), or who are able to present proof of stock ownership as of the record date, such as a proxy control number, account statement or similar evidence of ownership (in the case of stockholders who hold shares through a bank, broker or other nominee holder).
