Samsung's ROLEX is coming, trademarks GEAR Jul 3rd 2013, 20:10, by Maximus Ready for the next hype? Samsung wants to bring their own ROLEX! They confirmed a new Android smart watch few months back and now they've applied for a trademark on name "GEAR". According to Phandroid, this is an upcoming product by Samsung and the trademark suggests, it is a kind of armband that could connect with a smartphone or tablet. When will Samsung unveil its own smart watch is still a question but Samsung probably wants to see other smart watches before entering the market with their own. Lets hope Samsung´s flexible OLED panels are ready for this! Will you buy a smart watch? Or will you stay classic and buy a ROLEX! PS: Samsung isn't the only OEM which want to bring a smartwatch.
